NEW! Basketball Tournament Divisions
Each tournament will feature the following divisions for both BOYS and GIRLS. Brackets for this tournament will be available to download approximately one week prior to the event.

BOYS	GIRLS
10 & under - 4th grade 12 & under - 6th grade 13 & under - 7th grade 14 & under - 8th grade 15 & under - 9th grade 16 & under - 10th grade 18 & under - A Division 18 & under - B Division	10 & under - 4th grade 12 & under - 6th grade 13 & under - 7th grade 14 & under - 8th grade 15 & under - 9th grade 16 & under - 10th grade 18 & under - A Division 18 & under - B Division

Depending on division enrollment, some brackets may be combined. Please review eligibility requirements for each of the age groups.

Brackets for each tournament will be available to download approximately one week prior to the event. Please look for the brackets on the right hand side of each individual tournament page.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY:

1. All coaches are responsible to see that their roster meets all eligibility requirements and is in agreement with the rules for out-of-season play that are listed by your state athletic association. The coach is responsible for providing the appropriate identification for all of their players (birth certificate, copy of a current year report card, student picture ID with grade level, AAU membership card,…) for age division verification.
   
   
2. AFBE GRADE ELIGIBILITY/RULES
   
   12th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 12th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 19 on August 31, 2012.
   
   11th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 11th grade as of October 1, 2011, can be no older than 18 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 12th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 11th grade division they can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2012.
   
   10th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 10th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 11th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 10th grade division they can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2012.
   
   9th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 10th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 9th grade division they can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2012.
   
   8th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 9th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 8th grade division they can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2012.
   
   7th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 8th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 7th grade division they can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2012.
   
   6th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 7th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 6th grade division they can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2012.
   
   5th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than12 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 6th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 5th grade division they can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2012.
   
   4th Grade Division
   An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2011, and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2012. For an athlete that is in the 5th grade as of October 1st, 2011 wanting to play down, in the 4th grade division they can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2012.

IMPORTANT!

Tournament Winners
The top three tournament winners, along with an array of other photos, will be posted on this page after the event. Medal winners of each of our spring tournaments will also be invited to our Tournament of Champions event in June at Kutztown University. AFBE will provide ten (10) medals for each place winning team
